SIN 712-1 Project Management
We manage logistics for the recofiguration of existing assets and/or the purchase and installation of new assets. We help you plan your project. Together, we can develop critical pathstrategies that support- effeciant use of resources, coordinated deliveries, open communication with trades, fulfillment of your scope of work
SIN 712-4 Design/Layout
Together, we review your agency scope of work and establish space plan parameters. Our design solutions focus on achieving the proper balance betweenand individual and the team interaction while remaining sensitive to acoustical and visual privacy. Services include: evaluating pre-lease space, furniture consultation (new, existing, or both), information on environmental issues, analyzing inventory, prepaing a complete drawing package, providing furniture cost estimates, proposing teaming arrangements.
SIN 712-3 Roconfiguration/Relocation
We develop move management plans for new and/or existing facilities using proven procedures for... scheduling phased deliveries, establishing packaging procedures, warehousing furniture, tracking & documenting all activities.
